How fast will I hear back?
One business hour or less during business hours (Mon–Fri 7am–6pm CT, Sat 9am–3pm CT). Messages sent overnight get answered first thing the next morning.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. Equipment orders ship anywhere in the lower 48 — same-day on orders placed before 3 PM CT. Freight is free on most full systems.
Do you handle install too, or just equipment?
Both. You can order equipment only (we'll ship to you or your installer), or add licensed install in supported metros. If you're outside our install footprint, your local HVAC contractor can install equipment ordered from us — the manufacturer warranty stays valid as long as install is done by a licensed pro.
Where can I see real pricing without filling out a form?
Every product page shows real prices — no "call for price" gates. Start with wholesale furnace prices, AC prices, or browse the full catalog.
Is the manufacturer warranty the same as a dealer-installed system?
Yes. Goodman, Whirlpool, Day & Night, and Airtemp all honor the standard manufacturer warranty (10-year parts, lifetime heat exchanger on most furnaces) regardless of where you bought the equipment — as long as it's installed by a licensed HVAC contractor and registered within 60 days of install.
