Every person on our team has a role that directly impacts your experience — from the first phone call to the unit arriving at your door.
Jeren runs the install side of Furnace Direct — the installer network, the scheduling, and the equipment sizing. He spent his career in the trade and built and sold his own HVAC company before this one. When you call with a question about venting, sizing, or what will actually fit your house, Jeren is the one who answers it.
Andrew builds and runs everything behind the price — the catalog, the pricing, the order and delivery logistics, and the tools the install team works off of. He built Furnace Direct on one belief: homeowners deserve the contractor's price, and they should be able to see it without a salesman in their living room.
Randy is the last set of eyes on the work. Thirty years in the trade and five master licenses — he sets the standard our crews install to, checks the finished job, and takes the call when something in the field needs a second opinion. Off the clock he is with his family or on the water chasing bass.
