Who actually lends the money?
Shop Pay, Klarna, or Afterpay — whichever you select at Shopify checkout. Furnace Direct is the retailer, not the lender. Your agreement is with that provider.
What rate will I get?
Terms are set by the provider at checkout and disclosed before you confirm. We do not quote APR on this page because it is not our product.
Will applying affect my credit score?
Each provider has its own underwriting. They disclose what they pull when you select their option at checkout.
Do I have to be a credit union member?
No. This is not a credit-union loan. Shop Pay, Klarna, and Afterpay are checkout payment options on Shopify.
How fast is approval?
Usually during checkout. If a provider does not offer a plan on your order, pay in full or call (888) 762-1334 and we will walk through what is on the table.
What can I finance?
Eligible cart items at checkout. Equipment, and installation where we install. The equipment price does not change because you pay over time.
