IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Split System Requirements: Split systems must be matched with a Day & Night indoor coil or fan coil to qualify for full coverage.
  • Authorization Required: Written authorization from your distributor or Day & Night is required before any replacement unit is issued.
  • Installation Verification: Day & Night must verify that your system was installed properly by a certified HVAC technician.
  • Labor Charges: Labor costs for removal and installation of replacement units may apply and are the responsibility of the owner.
  • Original Purchaser Only: Coverage applies to the original purchaser of the equipment. Non-transferable to second owners.
  • Entry-Level Products Excluded: Entry-level and certain basic Day & Night models are not eligible for No Hassle Replacement™ coverage (though they do include the standard 10-year parts warranty).
  • One-Time Replacement: This warranty covers one replacement unit only. Subsequent failures are subject to Day & Night's standard warranty terms.
  • No Registration = Limited Coverage: Without registration within 90 days, your coverage defaults to the standard 5-year parts warranty.
