How fast does it ship?
In-stock equipment ships within 1–2 business days via freight. Delivery speed depends on your ZIP — as soon as the next business day if you're in a local delivery zone, otherwise a few business days by freight. You'll get tracking, and the carrier calls to schedule.
What's the warranty?
Full manufacturer warranty — typically 10 years on parts once registered (we send instructions). Have it installed by a licensed HVAC pro to keep coverage valid.
Can I install it myself?
These are full systems that require refrigerant handling and electrical — most homeowners hire a local licensed HVAC pro. We ship everything they need; add-ons (line set, thermostat, disconnect) can be added at checkout.
