All equipment ships with the full manufacturer warranty (typically 10 years parts, 1 year labor on the compressor/heat exchanger). Registration is required — we send registration instructions with the unit. Install through our licensed installer network preserves the warranty; DIY install may void coverage depending on the manufacturer.

In-stock equipment ships within 1–2 business days via freight (pallet delivery). Transit is typically 3–7 business days depending on your zip.
