3. Freight delivery to your address. The unit ships on a pallet via freight carrier. Delivery is curbside — your installer unboxes and brings it inside.
4. Your installer arrives. Have your licensed mechanical contractor lined up before you order. A standard furnace swap takes 3–5 hours. Many installers can do same-day or next-morning installation.

What "Freight Delivery" Actually Means

Furnaces are large appliances — a gas furnace weighs 80–150 lbs depending on the model. They ship on a freight pallet, not in a UPS box. What to expect:
