Villas, a census-designated place on the south side of Fort Myers, packs about 13,600 residents onto 4.6 square miles roughly 10 miles from Cape Coral. Condo and villa AC: what's different
In a mid-rise or garden-style condo, every residence typically owns a separate split: compressor cabinet on a shared roof, ground rack, or balcony, and an indoor blower behind a closet door. That setup changes what a replacement involves:
